How information submitted through this website is handled

Information collected
If you submit the project inquiry form, Azurite Industrial Services receives the information you enter, which may include your name, work email, company, phone number, and project description.
The website host may also record routine technical information in server logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and date and time of access.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, communicate about requested services, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the website from misuse.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers that support website hosting and email delivery, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or address security concerns.
Cookies and analytics
An essential, temporary session cookie protects and operates the project inquiry form. It expires when the browser session ends. A separate preference cookie remembers your choices for 182 days. Analytics and advertising measurement are separate optional categories. Accept enables both; Reject keeps both disabled. Cookie settings lets you choose them individually. An existing analytics-only choice does not enable advertising measurement.
If you accept Analytics, this public website loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, approved direct-mail campaign and flyer variants, completed project inquiries, gas loss calculator use, and OGI video playback. Google derives approximate country, region or state, and city information from the connection's IP address. These locations may be unavailable or inaccurate; the website does not request access to your device's location.
Campaign measurement includes only the approved source, medium, campaign name, and flyer variant. An inquiry event records successful submission after the website mail service accepts the inquiry; it does not include the form contents. Calculator events include only the selected gas and whether the calculator is on Home, Services, or the leak-detection page. They do not include entered quantities, prices, loss percentages, or calculated values. Video events record that playback started. Standard Analytics measurement also includes page, browser, device, and session information, using pseudonymous cookie identifiers.
We do not send inquiry-form contents, names, email addresses, or application account identities to Analytics. Google Analytics is limited to the public marketing website; it does not extend into the Mapping or Leak Inventory applications. Google advertising features remain disabled.
Analytics is not loaded and measurement is not sent to Google without your analytics consent. Choosing Reject does not affect the calculator, video, or other website functions. You can open at any time, including through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing analytics consent stops further Google measurement and clears this website's Analytics cookies. Without withdrawal, those cookies last up to 180 days. Information already sent to Google is not removed by changing this cookie choice.
Google processes this measurement information to provide reports. Read Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Optional LinkedIn advertising measurement
If you accept Advertising measurement, the public Mapping overview may load the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure advertising. LinkedIn receives the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser and device characteristics, and cookie identifiers. Tracking is blocked when a page URL or referrer contains unapproved parameters or a sensitive path. We do not send names, email addresses, inquiry or signup form contents, account or project identities, or verification tokens. Enhanced email matching is not enabled.
The Mapping application has its own separate advertising choice on its public trial pages. With that choice, successful email verification that newly activates a free trial can send one conversion from a clean completion page. Signup submission, login, repeat verification, existing trials, paid activation and invitations are not this conversion. Private workspaces, projects, accounts and billing are excluded. Consent is not shared across the website and application, and application authentication cookies remain separate.
LinkedIn may set first-party cookies such as li_fat_id (30 days), li_giant (7 days), and ln_or (1 day), as well as cookies on its own domains. Durations vary by cookie; see LinkedIn's cookie table and privacy policy. Withdrawing advertising consent stops future tracking, clears the named first-party cookies available to this website, and reloads a public page if needed to stop the loaded tag. This website cannot remove LinkedIn-domain cookies, recall requests already in flight, or delete information already received by LinkedIn. You can also manage LinkedIn cookies through your browser or LinkedIn account settings.
Retention and security
Inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate potential work, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
