Optical Gas Imaging & Leak Detection

Optical gas imaging is used to scan equipment and process areas for emissions that are detectable by the selected camera. The live image helps locate a source and document field observations for follow-up.

A focused leak list can support inspection and repair, reducing avoidable loss of purchased gases and related operating expense.

Technical limitation: Visibility depends on the gas, camera, background, viewing geometry, weather, and operating conditions. OGI does not by itself measure concentration, worker exposure, or leak rate.

Concentration Gradient Mapping

Planned, spatial direct-reading measurements can show how a detectable concentration varies across a defined area. Results are tied to the locations, timing, operating state, and conditions present during the survey.

Concentration mapping characterizes spatial variation; it is not a substitute for representative personal exposure monitoring when worker exposure is the question.

Industrial Hygiene & Exposure Assessment

Exposure assessments are planned around the work, materials, and routes of exposure present at the facility. Services may include personal air sampling, area measurements, direct-reading surveys, and occupational noise monitoring.

Project scope, sampling methods, and interpretation are developed with Certified Industrial Hygienist oversight.
